Sleep
Sleep, Sleep, glorious sleep! Where have you been all of the Little Man's life? Wherever you have been, I am glad that you made it back to me. It is probably helpful that the little man has decided to sleep 9 - 10 hours at a time giving you the opporunity to sneak into my exhausted body in order to get reacquainted. My brain and emotions thank you for restoring sanity to my head. Thanks for returning, I missed you.

AZ Vacation Photos
Well, be prepared for one of the longest posts EVER! I have finally gone through our vacation photos and have created a list of the highlights of the trip. Just continue to scroll down until your afternoon is gone and dinner should be served, about then you should have finished viewing all of the fun.
Christmas afternoon at Grandma's house. The shirt is from Nana and Papa and it says "Mom and Dad's Best Present". Cute!
The Little Man's Blessing Day.
We blessed him at the same time as his cousin who was born in November. There is definitely a size and weight difference. Thank goodness for all of the male family members to hold him up!
(Lexi, sorry you weren't there, wish we had met you before we did this)
Papa, Nana, and Us

We took family photos of all 43 of us. This one is just the original 10. We haven't gotten the professional pictures from the photographer yet.

Hello big hole in the ground!
Notice how low the retaining wall is?
Aghhhh!
Finishing our pinewood derby cars.
We didn't take pictures but mine was a carrot, The Man's is a piece of bacon, and the Little Man's was a rattle

Vacation
We have made it back from the world's longest vacation! The Little Man and I were able to spend three warm weeks in sunny (and sometimes rainy) Arizona. The Man was able to join us for a week and a half of the fun. It was such an amazing trip. Three weeks included shopping, visiting with friends and family, Christmas celebrations, a family reunion, and sleeping through New Year's. The family reunion included a golf outing for the men,a family photo session (that included all 43 of us in one shot and individual family pictures, way to go Rick Apple!), a trip to the Grand Canyon (the first time I saw it!), Amazing Jake's (which we ditched to hang out with Jeremy and Rachel for a little longer), an afternoon of jewelery making, Wii playing, air rifle shooting, and pinewood derby making. We also got to go to the Phoenix zoo, complete family pinewood derby races and play at Jump and Shout (a bounce house that kids under 3 and parents are free). Needless to say, our family was got in without paying a dime. Thanks mom and dad for a week of fun in the sun!
The only thing that would have made the trip better is if the Little Man slept. Oh well, getting over it. We started letting him cry it out again now that he is older. So far things are going as good as one would imagine. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have good things to post.
Also, a congratulations to my mom and dad for getting their mission call to the Washington DC north mission. Maybe they can tract into Obama in the next 23 months that they will be there. You never know.
I will get pictures up as soon as I download them from the camera, until then enjoy your day!
ps - watching the news and we have a blizzard that is dropping 2-5 inches of snow tonight, we then get 4-5 more on Wednesday and by Friday it is supposed to be -11 degrees not counting the wind chill factor. Yikes!! I am so glad that I don't have to go outside this week. The Man is not as lucky as me. Poor Man!
