(Peek-a-boo)

Now this is him during the check-up

And this is him getting weighed

And this is him waiting for the nurse to come in

And finally this is him getting shots in his legs (do you see the pain in his eyes?)

Now, in all fairness he was totally exhausted because it was about an hour after he wanted to be napping and he had been so good. That is until we stripped him naked, laid him on a cold bed, then laid him on a cold scale, and stabbed him three times in the leg. It took me about 3 seconds to get him to fall asleep when everything was done and he was dressed but I wasn't going to risk waking him up by taking a picture. He is still napping and hopefully he will sleep off the pain. If not, that's what Children's Tylenol is for. :)
For the hightlights of the visit: he weighed 12 lbs. 2 oz, the little fatty, which puts him in the 60%; he was 23.75 inches tall which is the 80%; and his head was 15.75 inches which is the 45%. We new he would catch up to all the other kids his age and now he will work on passing them.
For the next two months I am pretty sure he will just enjoy not being physically abused in the leg by two smiling women. Seriously, who wants to be hurt by someone who's smiling at them, that's like salt in the wound.

Totally agree! Alicia went in for her 6 months yesterday! And she is still giving me dirty looks today. Children's Tylenol is a godsend!
What terrific party planners you all are! Bet he can't wait to be 16! Seriously, I hate making them so sad. Hope he had a great nap and enjoys the next 2 months.
That is Ada and Emilie at the doctor still to this day! They hate going and cry and scream. Aren't kids great! Remind me not to have you help plan a party if you compare the doctor to Disneyland. Sick.
You're a riot! Those pics are super sad...I'd have to agree with Jen and Shannon
It breaks my heart to see him so sad. I think I need to hold him. Nana
